CLI and local web UI to inspect, explore, install, and track the agent skills already on your machine
Objective: See which SKILL.md files Claude Code, Cursor and other harnesses actually use, then install or remove them without hunting through hidden folders
My Contribution: Bun CLI, OpenTUI wizards, local web UI, transcript ingest for real usage, multi-catalog explore, and native binaries
Result: A `skiller` command that lists, explores and installs skills, with a localhost UI and a usage database under ~/.skiller

Offline voice dictation for Mac: record locally, transcribe with Parakeet, paste into the focused app
Objective: Dictate without sending audio to the cloud, with an optional local LLM and a personal dictionary for the rewrite step
My Contribution: Tauri app in Rust and TypeScript: hold-to-talk overlay, tray, history, macOS permissions, nemo-speech runtime, and clipboard paste
Result: Hold ⌘⌥T, speak, release: text is transcribed on-device and pasted into the active field

Library for building HTTP APIs inside a Service Worker: routing, Zod validation, and mocks with a CLI
Objective: Treat the Service Worker as a tiny HTTP server so frontend apps can mock, cache and route without a backend
My Contribution: TypeScript library with HTTP routing, Zod schemas, Faker.js mocks, React hooks and CLI tooling
Result: A reusable Service Worker API layer with examples and docs, useful for local DX and offline-first apps

Objective: Give WordPress sites an error inbox without a hosted SaaS: capture, store, and inspect crashes from the admin
My Contribution: Custom REST API, SleekDB storage, Preact admin UI, and WordPress hooks for JS and PHP error reporting
Result: A self-hosted bug tracker that lives inside wp-admin, with filtering and configuration

Result: A browsable CLI with `help`, `projects`, `exp` and the rest of the usual suspects
